As Chief Executive Officer (CEO),
Dr. Martin Enderle is responsible for the strategic ongoing development, organisation and integration
of the Scout24 Group and of every marketplace involved. Martin Enderle is the Group spokesman.
Dr.
Martin Enderle was born in
1965. He studied Mathematics at the University of Karlsruhe and at King's College in London, after which
he did his PhD at the University of Hanover. From 1995 to 1999 he worked for McKinsey & Company
in Hamburg focusing on the automobile and telecommunications industry.
In
1999 Dr. Martin Enderle moved to Munich, where he built up the German branch of the venture capital
company Speed Ventures. Within two years Speed Ventures set up and financed some 30 Internet and technology
firms.
In 2001 Dr. Martin Enderle joined T-Online, at first running the
international business and the shareholdings. He succeeded in radically restructuring them in many European
countries and turning them into profitable concerns.
Responsible for
M&A at T-Online, Martin engineered the acquisition of Scout24 in 2004, after
which he assumed the supervisory role at Scout24. In June 2005 Dr. Martin Enderle took over the management
of Scout24 Holding GmbH, and he was Managing Director of Immobilien Scout GmbH in Berlin from April
2008 till January 2010.
