process, and we want you to feel safe when you visit our Websites.
We will explain below
what information we capture during your application process and how these data are used.
1.
Personal data
Personal data are individual details of the personal or objective
circumstances of a specific or specifiable natural person. That includes information such as your correct
name, your address, your telephone number and your date of birth. Information not directly brought into
association with your real identity is not personal data.

When you visit our Websites, for the purpose
of system security it is standard for our Web servers to store temporarily the connection data of the
requesting computer, which of our Websites you visit, the date and duration of the visit, the recognition
data of the type of browser and operating system used and the Website from which you visit us. Personal
details above and beyond that such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address are not
captured unless you provide these details during the application process.
3.
Using and passing on personal data
We use the personal data you provide solely

in the process.
4. Using cookies
We

cookies, which file your data for technical session control in your browser's memory. These data are
not personal and are deleted before or when your browser is closed. We wish to point out that you can
set your browser up in such a way that it does not accept cookies or that you are given a warning message
when cookies are being sent.

We
take all the requisite technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data
against loss and misuse. For instance, your data are stored in a secure operating environment that the
public cannot access. In certain cases your personal data are encoded during transmission by what is
termed Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means that the communication between your computer
and our servers is carried out using a recognised encoding procedure, if your browser supports SSL.
Should
you wish to contact us by e-mail outside the applicant management system, we would like to point out
that the confidentiality of the information transmitted is not guaranteed. The content of e-mails can
