15 April 2008 - Scout24 has set up a Corporate Board that will perform strategic management functions
for the Group as a whole, ensuring that it continues on its steep growth trajectory. While the individual
Scout24 companies will continue to operate under their current management, the new Board will handle
Group-wide issues.
Apart from Dr. Martin Enderle
(42), who has been CEO of the Group since 2005, and
CFO Marc Sevray (37) the Board will be made up of Dr. Nicola Carbonari (45), CEO AutoScout24, Dr. Nikolas
Deskovic (44), COO AutoScout24, and Johannes Hack (40), CEO JobScout24. "With this team we will
be able to break new ground. It will incorporate our verticals even more strongly into Group-wide decision
making as well as bundling all of the Group's considerable experience and expertise, further improving
our market performance going forward," said Dr. Martin Enderle.
With
its new management structure, the Scout24 Group is well positioned to continue to optimally support
the users of its online services with key lifestyle-related decisions in the areas of real estate, cars,
partnerships, jobs and careers, finance and travel.As part of the restructuring exercise, Dr. Martin Enderle will also take on the management of Berlin-based ImmobilienScout24. The company's prior senior management team, which consisted of Arndt Kwiatkowski (45), Marianne Voigt (42) and Jürgen Böhm (45), has decided to leave the business. Dr. Enderle: "I am very grateful to the team for their excellent work to date, thanks to which the company today is the clear market leader in the German real estate sector, and I look forward to continuing to work with them to further build on ImmobilienScout24's track record of success."
