We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a passion for cloud infrastructure, developer experience and building productivity platforms to join the Application Platform product team. This role will focus on bringing design thinking, agile, and lean principles to solving everyday engineering problems and building tools and services that Scout24 developers love.
We build a tech platform, an integrated suite of critical products providing tooling and expertise to enhance the productivity of our developers at Scout24 by removing their need to be concerned about infrastructure. We have multiple teams developing this seamless experience in the cloud. These products include a developer portal, container platforms, CI/CD, logging, monitoring and more.
How your role will look like:
- Build empathy with product development teams and collaborate with them on the design of the platform; clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
- Help build a shared product vision and translate that into a roadmap you and the platform team(s) can deliver on
- Collaboratively research and analyze industry trends and benchmarking information for infrastructure products; adapt our platform product strategy accordingly
- Measure the success of your products and continuously iterate to improve them; deliver value to our developers while maintaining cost efficiency of our services
- Mentor and coach other product managers, elevating our team by sharing your best practices and frameworks
What you need to succeed:
- Experience as a product manager, you are collaborative, and have a growth mindset. You have made a measurable impact through your successful product launches and you look at your products from a strategic business perspective
- You are an effective communicator (written, verbal, visual); you use storytelling to create a product narrative, inspiring your team and showing users you care about the problem you are solving
- Data-driven, with deep knowledge of how to define success metrics and crafting product life cycles
- Methods and frameworks to foster and facilitate product discovery and delivery conversations across Scout24
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse, talented teams
- Always ready to tackle challenges while navigating ambiguity
