Capital Structure

The subscribed share capital of Scout24 SE amounts to EUR 75,000,000.00. It is divided into 75,000,000 registered ordinary no-par-value shares with a nominal value of EUR 1.00 per share.

Part of the shares of Scout24 SE is held as treasury shares by the company (as of 01/07/2024: 1,810,467 shares or 2.41% of the share capital). These are deducted from equity.

The consolidated equity of Scout24 SE amounted to EUR 1,348.5 million as of 31 December 2022 (31 December 2021: EUR 1,773.5 million), which corresponds to an equity ratio of 71.7% (31 December 2021: 73.2%).
