Capital Structure

The subscribed share capital of Scout24 SE amounts to EUR 75,000,000.00. It is divided into 75,000,000 registered ordinary no-par-value shares with a nominal value of EUR 1.00 per share.

Part of the shares of Scout24 SE is held as treasury shares by the company (as of 14/04/2025: 2,671,930 shares or 3.56% of the share capital). These are deducted from equity.
