DGAP-News: Scout24 AG / Key word(s): Change of Personnel Thorsten Langheim and Vicente Vento Bosch resign from their offices as members of Scout24 AG's Supervisory Board Berlin / Munich, 31 October 2017 - Thorsten Langheim and Vicente Vento Bosch, members of the Supervisory Board of Scout24 AG, have resigned from their offices. Following the disposal of the stake in Scout24 AG held by Deutsche Telekom AG, Mr Langheim and Mr Vento Bosch have decided to resign from their offices as members of the Supervisory Board. Mr Langheim serves as Executive Vice President Group Development at Deutsche Telekom and Mr Vento Bosch is the CEO of Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners. They have asked Stefan Götz, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, to release them from their duties. Stefan Götz thanked both Mr Langheim and Mr Vento Bosch and added: "We regret seeing both leave and thank them for their contribution to the Company's success in the past years. We wish them all the best in their future endeavours." Mr Langheim and Mr Vento Bosch have been members of the Supervisory Board since September 2015.
