Appointment of new CEO at Scout24 SE as of 1 March 2025: Ralf Weitz to succeed Tobias Hartmann
Munich / Berlin, 06. Dezember 2024 - The Supervisory Board of Scout24 SE has reappointed Chief Product & Technology Officer Ralf Weitz as a Member of the Management Board. In addition to his current role, Ralf Weitz is also appointed as new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Scout24 SE for a five-year period, effective 1 March 2025. Ralf Weitz succeeds current CEO Tobias Hartmann, who is no longer available after two terms in office for personal reasons. Tobias Hartmann will leave the company on 28 February 2025.
Hans-Holger Albrecht, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, welcomes Ralf Weitz to his new role at Scout24 SE: “The Supervisory Board is looking forward to continuing the close and trustful collaboration with Ralf Weitz. He will assume the CEO role from Tobias Hartmann on 1 March 2025, in addition to his role as Chief Product & Technology Officer. Due to his many years of experience and impressive track record within the company as well his product management expertise, Ralf Weitz has everything it takes to further drive the successful strategy and growth of Scout24 SE. Ralf joined the company in 2008. Since then, he has worked in various business functions and management roles. In 2018, he was appointed as a member of the Management Board and Chief Product & Technology Officer. His extensive market and product expertise have played a key role in the successful expansion of our networked digital ecosystem over the last years. He is therefore the ideal successor to Tobias Hartmann as Chairman of the Management Board and CEO.”

During his tenure, the Group's revenues, profitability and growth have increased remarkably. Tobias also completed successfully several strategic acquisitions to strengthen the company’s market position. We regret his departure but respect his decision not to extend his contract for personal reasons after two successful terms.
