Scout24 acquires Vermietet.de – a leading digital property management platform for private landlords

Munich / Berlin, 11 May 2021 – Scout24 has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Zenhomes GmbH, the company behind Vermietet.de which is a market leading digital platform for private landlords to manage all property related processes. The cloud-based tools of Vermietet.de will be combined with the ImmoScout24 offering thereby significantly broadening the product scope. With ImmoScout24 the right tenants can be found. With Vermietet.de, landlords will now be able to manage the complete lifecycle of the tenancy. Vermietet.de was founded in 2016 by Jannes Fischer who will remain in the company as managing director.

Vermietet.de offers private landlords and property managers a comprehensive digital toolkit to manage the relationship with their tenants, prepare utility bills, assemble tax-declaration data, or obtain information on the market value of their properties.
