Making a difference: Non-financial statement 2022 published

Under the title "Making a difference", we have today published our non-financial statement for the year 2022 together with the annual report 2022. Our sustainable and focused actions are making an impact. As #OneTeam, we achieved great ESG results and made a difference in 2022.

In our 2022 non-financial statement, we report on our new ESG strategy and our sustainability targets embedded in it. We have reached an important milestone in our climate strategy: we have already reduced our carbon footprint by around 75 per cent compared to 2018 and will integrate more subsidiaries into our emissions tracking in the future. We are also particularly proud of the fact that we currently occupy first place within the peer group "Internet Software & Services" in one of Sustainalytics' most important ESG ratings - in comparison with 230 other companies. We also show how we have continued to implement our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy and continuously work to create awareness of an inclusive work environment. One example is our newly established internal communities for women, the LGBTQIA+ community and people of colour at Scout24.
