Scout24 publishes Diversity Report 2023
Our diversity report 2023 provides a comprehensive overview of our current DEI strategy, our status quo metrics, our goals and future ambitions. In the last two years, we have made great progress in strengthening the proportion of women in the company, among other things:
- The proportion of women in the total workforce increased from 41% in 2021 to 46% in 2023. By 2025, we aim to achieve gender parity across the company.
- In tech, the proportion of women rose from 25% to 30%.
- We have increased the number of new hires who are female or non-binary to 50.5%.
In 2024, our focus will continue to be on promoting women in management positions and also on people with disabilities in the overall workforce. In addition, we want to further improve the accessibility of our platforms.
