Scout24 organizes clothing donation for the Berlin City Mission
On the occasion of the upcoming cold season, Scout24 employees organized a clothing donation campaign for those in need. This year, the donations in kind exceeded all expectations and resulted in more than 30 boxes of winter jackets, shoes, jeans, sweaters, scarves and much more. This impressive success represents a 50% increase on the previous year's donations. The boxes were handed over to the Berlin City Mission today.
The location of the handover was within walking distance of the Scout24 office in Berlin at Lehrter Strasse 68, where the headquarters of the Berlin City Mission and an open clothing store are located. This clothing store operates from Monday to Friday and provides homeless and disadvantaged people with clothing without any bureaucratic hurdles. The facility is used by over 100 people every day.
Anyone who would also like to donate can contact the Berlin City Mission directly.
