We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) (m/w/d) for our MDAX-listed company who plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product strategy. This is a unique opportunity to lead the product organization and drive transformative growth, ensuring our position as a market leader.
How your role will look like:
- Maintain and expand Scout24’s position as #1 real estate marketplace in Germany and Austria in close partnership with C-level leadership
- Create and deliver world-class B2B and B2C product experience and drive commercialization of product suite to meet growth ambitions
- Develop and execute integration strategies for newly acquired companies, incorporating their products and services into the broader portfolio while optimizing synergies and value creation.
- Translate vision and strategy collaboratively with the CTO into tangible annual and cycle objectives
- Develop collaboratively with the CTO a combined product , data and technology vision for Scout24
- Champion the integration of AI-driven features to create seamless and interconnected product experiences.
- Lead efforts to deliver world-class user experiences by leveraging cutting-edge technologies, data insights, and user feedback to optimize and simplify functionality, design, and value delivery.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across Tech, Data, Marketing, Sales, Finance and People etc.
- Recruit, motivate, develop and retain best talent, being directly responsible for over 240 people in Product, UX and Product IT.
What you need to succeed:
- 15-20 years of professional experience with a successful track record in digital companies
- 10+ years in product leadership positions, with a demonstrated ability to guide and inspire high-performing teams.
- Used to working in an international environment
- Designed and implemented product and ideally tech strategies
- Led product organizations at scale
- Strategic thinker who can drive process, structure and cadence across functions and cross-functionally
- Entrepreneurial mind with the ambition to transform the real estate sector further
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels and functions
- Driven and energetic, willingness to win and grow with a highly committed team
- Academic qualifications in computer science, information systems, or a related field are of strong advantage.
