Together with Immobilien.net, Immodirekt.at and immosuchmaschine.at, we register around 1.8 million users every month and offer the choice of over 100,000 real estate offers. For this position we offer a permanent position at a gross monthly salary of EUR 1169.00 - for 20 hours/week. (14 times a year)
What we need from you
- 2nd level support for Windows and Mac operating systems and applications
- Processing tickets and hotline calls
- Support of the user and application team
- Preparation of hardware (laptops, cell phones, ...) for employees
- Continuous improvement of processes
What you need to bring
- Initial professional experience as IT support, system administrator or similar is desirable
- Good knowledge of Office365 and client applications
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working
- Open-minded and communicative personality
- Very good knowledge English and German
