How your role will look like:
- Drive the product strategy and take full ownership of the roadmap
- Collaborate with data science teams to enhance valuation products
- Manage stakeholders effectively across the Scout24 group to leverage synergies
- Make strategic decisions that maximize cross-platform opportunities
- Gather market intelligence and user feedback to inform product decisions
- Define product requirements and work closely with engineering to implement solutions
- Analyze product performance metrics to guide continuous improvement
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop compelling value propositions
What you need to succeed:
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in PropTech or FinTech
- Experience with data-driven products and working with technical teams
- Proven track record of successful B2B product launches
- Strong influencing skills to drive alignment across teams and departments
- Innovation and growth mindset to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- German language proficiency (business level)
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement.
