This was our Diversity Week 2024!

Under the theme "Changing Perspectives," keynote speeches and workshops allowed employees to hear different perspectives and reflect on their own viewpoints and perspectives. With 15 sessions over three days and more than 1,100 participants, our Diversity Week was a huge success.

This year, we were particularly interested in making the topic of neurodiversity tangible. Presentations on autism and ADHD gave us fascinating insights into the daily lives of those affected. In addition, Susanne Fäustel from Kulturbüro Sachsen e.V. made us aware of how we can counter right-wing extremist positions when our views on diversity and cosmopolitanism are challenged.

In line with our diversity focus on women in leadership positions, there was a session in which our internal empowerment opportunities for women were again presented transparently. At the same time, a presentation by fatherhood expert Volker Baisch gave interested parties the opportunity to find out about and be inspired by strategies for balancing family and career from a father's perspective.

At Scout24, the appreciation of different backgrounds and perspectives is an integral part of our corporate culture. For us, diversity is also a driving force for promoting and implementing innovation, creativity and respectful cooperation. #OneTeam
