Scout24 publishes first CSRD-compliant Sustainability Statement

The new CSRD-compliant reporting provides stakeholders with detailed insights into the environmental, social, and governance activities of the Scout24 Group. With this publication, the company positions itself as a pioneer in implementing the new European reporting standard.

The sustainability statement impressively documents the progress in implementing the ESG strategy. Particularly noteworthy: Scout24 has already reduced its CO2e emissions by 56% compared to the base year 2018. In addition, the proportion of women in new hires has increased to nearly 60%, with around 41% of leadership positions being held by women at the end of 2024 – values that are significantly above national and international averages.

Despite the uncertain legal situation due to the lack of implementation of the CSRD into national law and the uncertainties that come with the first application of new reporting standards, we have laid a very solid foundation for our future sustainability reporting."
