September 2024

On 26 January 2024, Scout24 SE announced to conduct a share buyback programme.

The share buyback in the amount of up to EUR 50 million started on 29 January 2024 and ended on 30 August 2024. During this programme 729,896 shares were acquired on the market, which of the time of the buyback corresponds to 1.0% of the registered share capital. January 2024

On 30 March 2023, Scout24 SE announced to conduct a share buyback programme.

The share buyback in the amount of up to EUR 60 Mio started on 31 March 2023 and ended on 26 January 2024. During this programme 838,361 shares were acquired on the market, which of the time of the buyback corresponds to 1.1% of the registered share capital. March 2023

On 7 March 2022, Scout24 SE announced to conduct a share buyback programme.

The share buyback in the amount of up to 350 Mio EUR started on 8 March 2022 and ended on 13 December 2022. During this programme 6,523,247 shares were acquired on the market, which of the time of the buyback corresponds to 8.1% of the registered share capital. March 2022

On 11 November 2021, Scout24 SE announced to conduct a share buyback programme.

The share buyback in the amount of up to 200 Mio EUR has started on 12 November 2021 and ended on 15 February 2022. During this programme 3,456,442 shares were acquired on the market, which of the time of the buyback corresponds to 4.1% of the registered share capital. November 2021

On 19 July 2019, Scout24 AG announced to conduct share buybacks.

The first tranche in the amount of EUR 150 million started on 2 September 2019 and ended on 31 January 2020. During this programme, 2,793,873 shares were acquired on the market, which at the time of the buyback corresponds to 2.6% of the registered share capital. With publication of the financial results 2019, on 25 March 2020, Scout24 announced to continue to repurchase shares. The second tranche in the amount of up to EUR 490 million started on 6 April 2020 and ended on 19 November 2020. During this programme, 6,969,836 shares were acquired on the market, which at the time of the buyback corresponds to 6.5% of the registered share capital. In April 2021, Scout24 AG repurchased 11,400,875 shares in a public repuchase offer, which corresponded to 10.8% of the share capital at the time of the buyback.

The third tranche in the amount of EUR 200 million started on 26 April 2021 and ended on 30 June 2021. During this programme, 2,921,878 shares were aquired on the market, which at the time of the buyback corresponds to 3.2% of the registered share capital.
